Prosperity Blueprint Membership Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) are a binding agreement between you the “Member” and Abundance Global.
By accessing and using the membership services provided by the Company, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth below. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, do not sign up or access the services.
1. Membership Services
The Abundance Global Prosperity Blueprint Membership provides access to exclusive content, tools, and resources designed to help members enhance their financial prosperity and achieve personal success. The services may include, but are not limited to, online courses, webinars, seminars, audio recordings, instructional materials, and direct coaching.
2. Membership Fees
Membership to the Abundance Global Prosperity Blueprint is offered for a specified fee, which must be paid in full as per the payment plan selected. All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, as outlined in the “No Refunds” section below.
3. Access to Content
Upon successful enrollment, members will receive access to the services, tools, and resources available through the Abundance Global Prosperity Blueprint membership. Access is provided on a subscription basis unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The Company reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or update the content provided at any time.
4. No Refunds
ALL FEES PAID FOR MEMBERSHIP ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. By subscribing to the Abundance Global Prosperity Blueprint Membership, you acknowledge and accept that there are no refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the content, personal reasons, or failure to utilize the materials.
5. Member Conduct
As a member, you agree to:
* Use the services and content provided by the Company in a lawful and respectful manner.
* Not copy, distribute, or share membership content in any unauthorized way.
* Not engage in any form of harassment, abusive behavior, or any actions that may disrupt the quality of services for other members.
6. Intellectual Property
All content provided through the Abundance Global Prosperity Blueprint Membership is owned by the Company and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the services without prior written consent from the Company.
7. Termination of Membership
The Company reserves the right to terminate your membership at its sole discretion for any violation of these Terms and Conditions. If your membership is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, no refund will be issued, and you will immediately lose access to all content, services, and resources.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Company provides the membership services “as-is” and does not make any representations or warranties regarding the success or results that may be achieved through the use of the content provided. You agree to use the services at your own risk.
Under no circumstances will the Company be liable for any damages, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.
9. Privacy Policy
The Company respects your privacy. Personal data provided during the registration and membership process will be handled in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy. By subscribing to the Abundance Global Prosperity Blueprint Membership, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to members via email or within the membership portal. Continued use of the membership services after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the African Continent, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
12. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through informal negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
By purchasing and accessing the Abundance Global Prosperity Blueprint Membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
13. Member Responsibility for Information and Documentation
It is the responsibility of the member to provide all required information for the website and business profile to the Company in a timely manner.
The Company will not be liable for any delays caused by the member’s failure to provide the necessary information promptly.
Additionally, the member is required to provide valid proof of bank details for inclusion on the donation page. No private accounts will be accepted, and all bank details must be directly obtained from the bank. The Company will not be held responsible for any issues arising from the submission of incorrect or incomplete bank information.
