All services, partnerships and collaborations are subject to the terms outlined below.

2. MEMBERSHIP NETWORK

Membership access within Abundance Global provides access to selected programs, networking opportunities, educational resources, digital experiences and collaborative ecosystems.

Membership Terms

• Membership fees are non refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Membership access begins only once payment has been received and confirmed.
• Abundance Global reserves the right to modify membership structures, offerings or pricing at any time.
• Memberships may not be transferred without written approval.
• Members are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully within the ecosystem.
• Abuse, harassment, fraudulent activity or misuse of the platform may result in suspension or removal without refund.

3. ABUNDANCE ACADEMY

Abundance Academy provides educational, entrepreneurial, leadership and digital intelligence learning experiences.

Academy Terms

• Educational content is intended for professional development and informational purposes only.
• Results are dependent on individual implementation, participation and external market conditions.
• Abundance Global does not guarantee financial, business or professional outcomes.
• All academy content, resources and materials remain intellectual property of Abundance Global unless otherwise stated.
• Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution or resale of academy materials is prohibited.

4. GLOBAL LEADERSHIP SUMMITS

Abundance Global Summits include conferences, leadership events, networking experiences, educational tours and global collaborations.

Summit Terms

• Event registrations are confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
• Conference registrations are non refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Travel expenses, visas, insurance and related documentation remain the responsibility of delegates unless included in a specific package.
• Event schedules, venues, speakers and experiences may change without prior notice where necessary.
• Abundance Global shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, visa denials, travel disruptions or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
• Delegates are responsible for complying with all travel regulations and requirements.

5. DIGITAL STUDIO

The Abundance Global Digital Studio provides websites, branding, digital design, digital infrastructure and related business services.

Digital Studio Terms

• All digital projects require clear written approval before commencement.
• Project timelines may vary depending on project complexity, client responsiveness and revision requests.
• Final delivery dates are estimates and not guarantees unless agreed in writing.
• Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, branding materials, content and approvals required for project completion.
• Payments made for digital services are non refundable once work has commenced.
• Additional revisions or scope changes beyond the agreed project scope may incur additional fees.
• Ownership transfer of completed digital assets occurs only once full payment has been received.

6. PAYMENTS

• All pricing is subject to change without prior notice.
• Outstanding balances may result in suspension of services, memberships or access.
• Abundance Global reserves the right to use third party payment processors where necessary.
• Clients and delegates are responsible for ensuring payment information is accurate and up to date.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All branding, graphics, materials, educational content, digital assets, summit content and website materials remain the intellectual property of Abundance Global unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized use, duplication or redistribution is prohibited.

8. COLLABORATIONS & PARTNERSHIPS

Collaborations, partnerships and Memorandums of Understanding are subject to individual agreements and operational requirements.

Abundance Global reserves the right to approve, decline or terminate partnerships at its discretion where necessary to protect the integrity of the ecosystem.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Abundance Global shall not be held liable for indirect losses, business interruption, technological issues, third party disruptions, travel disruptions, market conditions or outcomes beyond reasonable control.

Participation within the ecosystem remains voluntary and at the participant’s own discretion.

10. WEBSITE & DIGITAL PLATFORM USE

Users agree not to misuse, disrupt or attempt unauthorized access to the Abundance Global website, digital platforms or systems.

Abundance Global reserves the right to restrict or terminate access where misuse occurs.

11. PRIVACY

Personal information submitted through the website, memberships, events or digital services will be handled responsibly and used only for operational, communication and service related purposes.

12. GOVERNING TERMS

Abundance Global reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of the website, services or ecosystem constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
